The VERTICAL 40 model is part of the line of machines dedicated to the drying and reactivation of all types of glue, from neoprene to polyurethane, with excellent results on water-based glues. Equipped for the transport of 40 trolleys, it is suitable for the treatment of pre-finished soles and with applied welt which, thanks to the treatment stations equipped with infrared emitters, allow the glue applied to shoes and soles to be dried and reactivated at low temperatures without reactivating the glue of the welt, preventing it from moving during the assembly and pressing operation. The strengths of our line of dryers-reactivators are further confirmation of the reliability of our machines and more precisely: a significant reduction in energy consumption; the use of dedicated software that optimizes processing times; the real temperatures detected at the end of the treatment on the shoe and sole through the use of optical pyrometers and laser pointers. Also noteworthy is the origin of the components used for the construction of all our machines, namely Italian and European.
