The decision to implement the cycle came about after carrying out tests in the design phase, as we wanted to improve the final result and we verified that, if the conventional system is used to adapt the upper to the shape, the infrared one closes the pores of the leather and stabilizes the treatment, presenting at the end of the processing a perfect, dry and stabilized shoe, ready for the subsequent operations. In addition to this, when the shoe has finished its work cycle, its temperature will be cooled by a suction fan placed under the conveyor belt, which will accompany the shoes to the machine&#8217;s discharge collector. The oven is controlled for all functions by a microprocessor<\/p>\n<p>very intuitive.
